After work, I picked up the boys from their friend's house, ran to Walgreens for some crap and got home around 7. Reagan (one of my cats) was laying in the
driveway, and ran up to the car to greet Rockhead as he opened his door. And I realized I had forgotten cat food yet again. Fearing that it's at the point
that the cats will gnaw my face off while I sleep because they're so pissed about the food situation, I told the boys we had to go to the store right away
before we all lazed out.
The boys thought it would be funny to pick up the cat and bring her along. I didn't notice this until we were already driving. Mood Monster handed the cat to Rockhead. The cat was freaking a little bit, looking out the window, trying to figure out what was going on.
I made Rockhead stay in the car with the cat while Mood Monster and I went inside. When we came out, the cat was sitting straight up with her paws on the window watching the surroundings. It looked so stupid. Who the hell takes their cat with them????
As we were driving home, she started shaking and freaking out, so I had Rockhead hold her close to him and pet her until she calmed down. She was glad to get home.
