For lunch I'm having one of those Maruchan instant noodle thingies where you add hot water.
I pushed the hot water button and the button for cup, and pushed the Start button. It wasn't enough to fill the thing, so I chose espresso size to fill the rest with water. And hit start.
And when I heard the brewing begin, I realized that I forgot to switch it back to hot water. I looked around, trying to find something to allow the espresso to pour into, but there was nothing (and I was NOT going to ruin my soup!!!!).
So I let it pour down the little tray that you set your cup on.
After that got done, I put my soup back on the tray and pushed the hot water button. It reached the fill line before the water turned off (and there's no way to control how much comes out).
I watched as more water poured from the machine to the tray. And noticed the sign that said "This is not a drain. Using it as one will make the coffee machine shut down."
Uhh.... Oops.
Good thing I don't drink coffee.
